Shipping & Returns
All orders ship from within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for physical bookstore orders.
Standard ground shipping may be fulfilled via UPS, USPS, and FEDEX. Please allow 2-6 business days for your package to arrive.
Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Simply Affirm, LLC is closed on major holidays. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information, and you will soon be able to locate your item as it journeys.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your bookstore item to us for an in-store credit. Please note that custom orders and digital orders are final. See below for more information on our return policy.
All returns for book store items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Used, soiled, or damaged items will not be offered in-store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Simply Affirm, LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least three business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
